  4. Loose disc. Him to do mri. is it safe?

My uncle is suffering from loose disc..he has unbearable pain...doctor told him to do mri..but he cant sleep cant seat..some diagonastiv center told us to do local anasthesia for pain..so he can stable for some time.is it safe??we are worried.i attached prescription...please help us,as soon as podsible
