55 year old male complaints of chronic pain in his right shoulder and wrist. Legs feel restless when sleeping, feels like muscle cramps. Plays badminton. Legs are good in terms of strength but have shrunk a little. Looks like muscle loss.

Hi, It's been 2 months since I delivered through c section. I have started some mild excercise on alternative days.. I have a severe back ache now. Please recommend a suitable painkiller. I do breastfeed.

One day after leg workout, My knee was paining. Pain went away but after few days crackling sound coming whenever I move my joints. Also knee is not feeling like normal.

I am experiencing intolerable pain in right shoulder joint and it spreads up to wrist. Specifically pain triggers once I lay down to sleep and it will be continuous. During sitting I am experiencing 10% pain, during standing or walking experiencing 5% pain. It torchers me entire night. I cant sleep in any position. I tried with almost kind of MR tablets, Altraday, applications. And I am also on bp tablet 2.5 mg and cholesterol tab 10 mg and tab eliwel for thoracic outlet syndrome.  NO SUGAR. WEIGHT 76 KGS, DAILY WALKING 7 TO 8 KMS. Medical knowledge of mine is good. Please prescribe right solution

Dear sir, I am Dilip 35 year old. My weight is 100 kg. I don't have any sugar or blood pressure. I don't have any underlying condition. 10 years before a volar locking plate has been fixed in my distal radius bone right hand wrist area. Now after 10 years the EPL tendon has been ruptured. Now doctors removed the plates and screws and and EPL tendon repair has been done using PL graft on Dec 20th 2021. So now I am not able to move my wrist. Should I want to do any physiotherapy on my wrist or will i get back the movement automatically after some more time?

Hello Sir, My mother was complaining of backache since a long time after viral infection. A week bach she slipped her leg and she is unable to move her back at all due to pain.Enclosing her x ray report. It says loss of lumbar loidosis, straightening of spine, multiple osteophytes, scalloping of L1 and L3 vertebral body. Kindly check and help us understand the meaning of this and advise next steps.
