Hi i experience crackling sound in my knees when I turn around or get up from sitting.. also sometimes i also experience the sound in my shoulders without pain . Is it something that I have to be concerned.. please help thank you

2 days ago, while waking up in the morning, I got a cramp in my neck (slightly on left side of neck). I took painkillers for 2 days and the pain is reduced. But my neck movement is feeling restricted, especially when I try to look back, look at left or right side or in upward direction. Sometimes I also feel little cramps in neck. I'm also unable to raise the neck easily in sleeping position.

What excercise should do for Good posture of body.When I walk my body bent in front side plz suggest.

Please let me know if we have to worry about the right hip fracture. What does this mean. Kindly suggest

I was feeling pain in my left hand from 2 months while doing household chores like chapati making or raising my hand above the shoulder level.So i consultant with doctor he told me its supraspintinous tendonitis and suggest me few exccercise and iceing 3 -4 times in a day..iam doing same thing as suggested but getting no relief even my right hand also started paining and it's very irritable.. Plz suggest me will it be fully curable with iceing and exc Or i need to do something else.. Plz tell how much time will it take to cure completely or I need to do any surgery for this.. Thank you

I am a 23 years old female I slept on hard mattress last night and probably slept on left arm with full body weight. My left arm and palms have lil pain occasionally since morning. But after I googled it I got scared Is it cause of sleeping on it? It's very cold here too, It's my first cold experience of North india.
