Treatment depends upon your symptoms now. Range of motion exercises to be started. And recent xray to see the status of fracture. Need to start with weight bearing accordingly

I guess you injury is 3 months older by now as per your MRI report, any stress fracture should be healed by now.
Next Steps
Kindly send me MRI films so i can evaluate your meniscus injury and advise accordingly
