Knee Injury
In mri report we found that 1. Mild marrow edema in the medial tibial condyle. 2. Grade IV chondromalacia patellae. 3. Sprain of the anterior & posterior cruciate ligaments. 4. Moderate joint effusion. 5. Diffuse subcutaneous edemanoted surrounding the joint. 6. Horizontal tear is noted in the anterior & posterior horns of the lateral meniscus. 7. Suspicious horizontal tear noted in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. So my question is - is it curable or is it something serious??

It is completely curable. Step 1 would be a thorough clinical examination to find the exact problem which is causing pain/instability in the knee. Step 2 would be correlation with MRI findings and further plan of action.
Next Steps
As of now in view of marrow edema, use a long knee brace while walking and icing to decrease swelling.

It is curable As of now, use ICE PACKS at least 2-3 times a day and Long Knee Brace. After pain and swelling subside it's better to get  clinical examination done.
