Elbow not joint properly

Question

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Elbow dislocated months ago but post plaster & therapy there's a slight bend remained (may be due to calcification) which is causing problem in movement. There is visible deflection in hand. Can that be corrected back to its normal position, if yes then please guide us.
