Pain below leg knee elbow
Im getting pain below the leg elbow while walking and jogging. Its not exactly in the knee joint and its below. See the attached picture where my finger pointing it.

Hi thanks for the query. The pain you are getting is referred to micro stress fractures of shin bone. It is common in people who freshly started jogging or running. It is usually seen in fresh military and police recruits. The treatment is on initial investment rest followed by gradually increase increasing walking and running distance

it is due to tendon strain ,slowly strengthening it will resolve
