Sir i have vitamin d deficiency and i went many doctors but no results How can i over come this deficiency

1. Left arm pain : I fell on my left arm from my bike like 3 months. Initially it had some pain but gradually went away but recently I have started lifting weights and the pain of that has resurfaced and now troubling me bit more not that painful but surely cause of concern 2.Right shoulder : My right shoulder got some internal injury while playing badminton nearly 5 years ago .. so actually since than I play the smash shot or throw anything in upper arm action. Like I'm a fast bowler .. I can ball normally without any trouble but while fielding there is serious pain while throwing the ball

I am suffering from tingling of right feet of sole , from last six month . Is there any medicine available. Don't suggest to consult online. Suggest me medicine.

Hello all, My mother had ankle swelling issue for long time, when traveling, or if the house chores are high, she used to get leg swelling in the ankle, but it will reduce automatically in few hours or next day. We checked it , the doctor said it is because of the water stagnation. It was manageble. In 2020 Feb, she fell down and undergone a knee surgery for fracture, plates are kept. Though she has recovered, the leg swelling is severe now. Full leg is swollen now where the surgery is done. Left leg is where the surgery is done. Attaching a photo. Leg swelling is there in both the legs. Major swelling is there in the left leg. We did some blood and urine test for kidney related. Everything is normal. What's next , can someone guide.

My father is having buttock pain as he is experiencing burning sensation and swell over there and bone pain is also there...can you please suggest what to do now? Medicines which were used by father are 1.cefixime and D cloxacilin 2.Aecelofenac and paracetamol 3.calcium dobesilate

5 months back I met with an accident and fell over my knees. While the external injuries went away in a month time. Post which i tried to resume to my exercise and saw sudden rise in pain in my both knees making it difficult to sleep at night. To diagnose the problem I went for MRI scan for my right knee since it had more pain, the report is mentioned below. I am not sure about the right course of treatment and what are the do/don't (time duration to heal up completely to resume my workout sessions) as sometimes the pain is quite bad that its​ difficult to walk and sleep as well.PLEASE ADVISE. REPORT- Mild PDFS hyperintensities in anterior cruciate ligament, No evidence of discontinuity seen - suggestive of mild sprain. Mild buckling of posterior cruciate ligament with PDFS hyperintensities at its femoral attachment - mild sprain. Linear intrameniscal signal intensity in body of medial meniscus; no evidence of meniscal tear - grade II meniscal signals Minimal joint effusion.

My uncle had fracture 3 years ago but still it's paining one doctor said operation was successful other says we need to remove plates that were inserted. See the attached x-ray. Do we really need to go for operation or physiotherapy can heal this? Their condition financially not good. Please suggest.
