Bone & Muscle problems

Sir, I has been 8 months of recovery from covid but my whole leg pain persist . Sometime it's like burning in legs  , in addition to body muscle and eye twiching. I feel pain in knees also . My all CBC, lft, kft, b12, calcium, vit d are in normal range . I don't know what to do , sometimes I feel anxious and could not able to concentrate on my work because of this  . Please suggest something.

My father is diabetic plus is suffering from acute pain in his left thigh bone..He is having difficulty in walking and climbing stairs etc.. he was given certain blood tests ..like Protein electrophoresis..in which his gamma globulin is 3.10 and ag ratio is .95 ... there is a mention of m spike which is 2.30 .. is this normal..kindly suggest..Thank you in advance..

Ankle Pain- Shock- Difficulties in lifting heavy thing in the joint of left ankle. I had slipped on stairs and that hit my ankle hard. It's been 3months but the pain is mainly when I particularly focus on the ankle or sit with folded legs.

I have being noticing Side back pain on left side. The pain is constant and i feel like someone is pricking needle. I have consulted doctor got xray done. Taking medicines but still the pain is there. Is it muscular or muscle spasm’s .

Hai I am regularly suffering from gout attacks so can you please suggest me any tablets and food to eat while I'm in the attack so that it cures fast. As I just know what not to eat or consume while I'm suffering from it and don't know what to eat at that time.
