Severe lower back pain
My back is aching a lot, it was lower back problem first now the whole back is paining whenever i stand straight or sit straight. What should i do?

It's mostly a muscular problem. Take muscle relaxants, ice packs and Physiotherapy. If not relieved get an xray done and review with orthopaedic Surgeon

Does your work involve a lot of sitting on the desk or computer usage? If yes, then that may be the issue Deficiency of vitamin B12 & D3 may be contributory factors

It might be a simple spasm or may be you had some jerky movement or lifted heavy weight. You need to see if it is going down your legs also or localized to back only.
