Dull knee pain while getting up/standing
My father is having dull knee pain in his right leg. It happens mainly when he gets up from a chair or stands for long. He started going to the office a few weeks back, once reopened after closure and had to climb 4 flights of steps. After one or 2 days of going it has started. Any suggestions in the form of exercise or medicine would be greatly appreciated.

The information given by you is insufficient regarding pain in right leg. Based on your information it seem your father is having patellofemoral arthritis in Right knee joint . You can take simple pain killer along with physiotherapy or you can get consultation from me by coming hospital.
Next Steps
Simple pain killer such as tab Utracet once after food
