My mother have osteoporosis and as per DXA report she has high risk of fracture, We consult with 2 doctors near our location one doctor suggested prolia 60Mg once in a 6 months and another doctor suggested Rockbon PTH  daily for 6 to 8 months. Please Suggest us which one better from Prolia or Rockbon PTH or should we choose another option??

Hi I have both knee pain from past 20days. I visited orthopaedic doctor 13 days back. Doc suggested to apply Dynapar QPS solution ( 3 times a day ), Shelkal HD & A to Z tablets. I got some side effects by applying Dyanapar QPS past 2 days back. ( Dead skins coming out ) attached image so stopped applying it. I am doing Isometric Quadriceps as suggested by doctor. From yesterday my knee pain is increased when ever I climb stairs & get down from stairs I get pain surrounding of knee muscles + knee bone also. Kindly suggest what may be the problem. Shall I get done xray & visit doctor or wait till doc prescribes it. I have gilbert syndrome ( in control ) + B12 deficiency ( taking injection ).

I have pain in my leg which start from l5 to butuck to thigh to calf to sole n having it fr last 3 months.

Hello Doctors! I have been diagnosed for L5 S1 disc Herniation. Initially I could not able to walk but now I could (10 minutes approx). Neurologist have suggested for the surgery. So, is it safe to undergo & for how many days the patient have to be hospitalized? Approximate cost of the surgery? My age is 25 years
