Bone & Muscle problems

I get severe stiffness in my lower and not able to bend forward or backward. It eases out as the day goes on but a small pain is always there. It's been 2 months I am having this issue. Currently I am taking physiotherapy but it's not helping much. Please suggest some treatment.

I had c sec 2.5months back.. but now when I lie down I get horrible back pain.. the whole back pains... even I cannot sleep on side..

My grandmother has pain in left side of head and neck please suggest some good reliever She gets quickly allergen so please suggest some low power medicine. She sleeps on her right side may be this can be the reason but she can't sleep on her left side as there's some joint issue. So please sugest some pain reliever. Please no personal consultations.

He is fall on the back from a short wall and after that he feel sharp pain on left rib below chest . How can he get rid of pain ?

I have severe knee pains whenever I sit down and get up or stand for long time.. in the last 2 years my weight has been increased to 75 kgs from 60 I am unable to do any kind of workout coz of knee pain.. I have extreme pain in my right hip rotation area . It pains like a needle and I am not able to sit properly for more than 10 mins due to this pain. I have seen doctor also and was under medication for 15 days. But I feel no improvement in pain. In x ray report there was nothing.

IMPRESSION: Diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 with left foraminal protrusion and posterior annular tear causing compression on the thecal sac with ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. Bilateral neural foramina are narrowed with compression on bilateral exiting nerve root (L>R). Diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 with broad based protrusion and posterior annular tear causing compression on the thecal sac and bilateral traversing nerve roots in lateral recess with secondary canal narrowing AP canal diameter 9.4 mm. Bilateral neural foramina are narrowed with indentation on bilateral exiting nerve root. This is my MRI report . I wanted to know if surgery is required or it can be treated with physiotherapy and exercise
