Bone & Muscle problems

Hi Doctor, I have back sprain from past 2 days and i have applied moov pain relief spray and hot bags. But still i have pain could you suggest some medicine. Thanks

I am a 23 years old female I slept on hard mattress last night and probably slept on left arm with full body weight. My left arm and palms have lil pain occasionally since morning. But after I googled it I got scared Is it cause of sleeping on it? It's very cold here too, It's my first cold experience of North india.

Why is there a bone spur on my lateral foot. I am just 23 years old. It does not pain. The xray is normal according to doctor. Can someone please explain. I have attached images

I feel pain on my knees when I sit for long time on cross leg position but when I leave the position , pain reduces automatically. Is it a serious issue

There is a pain in the ankle on the right side of the bone in the hollow part for past two days it started suddenly while taking rest in the night then it reduced next day now today it is paining heavily and there is a slight swelling

On left knee I have some inside pain from the outer side it's nothing when i do stretch or bend my knee I feel pain alot.

I have been wearing a plaster cast on my tibia fracture for 4 weeks. I have a few questions pls 1. CAN I GO FOR ANOTHER X-RAY NOW OR I SHOULD WAIT TILL IT'S AT LEAST 6 WEEKS? 2. CAN I HAVE AN X-RAY DONE WITH THE POP STILL ON MY LEG OR I NEED TO HAVE IT REMOVED FIRST? 3. MOVING MY LEG IN CAST, I CANT FEEL ANY PAIN IN THE FRACTURE SITE, DOES THAT MEAN THE FRACTURE SITE HAS BEEN IMMOBILZED AND SHOULD HEAL?

Hello dr. My father fell down inside the house and as per dr. He survived Minimally displaced spiral oblique fracture of the distal third of the left tibia so, is surgery is needed or can be recovered through plaster please help

Sir My doctor told me after 2 follow up check-up to be on complete bed rest for 2 months with traction. Sir do I need operation or just traction with complete bed rest will do it for me. X-Ray ... My age is 24 Weight 73kg Height 5.7"
