Bone & Muscle problems

I had an accident in February 2021. I broke my Femur and a Rod has been implanted. I want to pursue my PG course abroad on January 2023 and for that I'm planning to remove the rod in the mid year of 2022 and then go. Can you please suggest how much time should I keep the rod inside.

Hii, can moving your jaw in bad ways like opening it fully wide and stretching it side ways (also while opening) tear/damage facial arteries like maxillary artery? Your help is very much appreciated!

When i laugh too hard or when move in certain directions or if something hit me.. I have felt spasm(felt like something is breaking) kind of  pain for few minutes in the circled area in the attached image (side of mid back). And it will get back to normal. Having this issue from last 4 years. But in last 3 days i am feeling continous tightness in the same region. I feel that if i do something heavy that region will break... Is it something significant ?
