I m suffering from muscle spasm in neck..I.am.lacatiny mom..my phisotherapist suggest me myroil muscle relaxation tablet ..I asked my gyanec also she said I can take... should I take ..there is not harm to my baby .as pain is so much...n heavy Ness is there..plz Suggesr me what should I do?

For last few days she is having continuous But bearable mild pain in left side waist and pain is till thai. She feel streched at side waist when she try to fold her left leg hence she is not able to fold her leg. If she sleeps on left side it pains more. Otherwise no problem and no previous medical history. She is using moov and it give some relax.

Hello sir/mam i hv been suffering from my back from 3 years and now I hv also hv pain in my left leg upper side

Few days back, I fell from the stairs and got hurt in my ankle. Today went to doctor and got an MRI ankle done and Doc is saying there is a stress fracture in my ankle. He asked me not to walk or put weight on my leg for 3 weeks with some medications. I do have pain while walking. Is walking completely not allowed? What is this situation?

All joints pain, also once I sit getting up knee gives me pain and can't stand or walk straight for a min...have arthritis in the family...should I also get some check up done ?
