Please recommend me a good tail bone pillow to sit.. as I have immense pain while standing up... I have to sit long hours for breastfeeding and for office work as well...

1) hot fomentation
2) massage with any pain relief gel like volini, Dubinor
3) stretching exercises - atleast 3 times a day
4) Paracetamol 1gm - is the only pain relief medication which is safe in pregnancy.
