Got a lower back pain while sweeping floor. Bent and while getting up got sewere pain and was not even able to stand or walk. Very high pain in lower back. Took rest and pain killer volini gel. Now feeling a bit better but pain still persist. Please suggest.

Hi.. My mri report says that i have grade I/II acl Ligament tear on 25tg July 2021, doctor said to immobilise knee for 1 month... And after a month I started taking physiotherapy sessions, now i dont have any kind of pain in my knee if i walk or do any activities,.. Can i start running since im a track runner??? And does running and physical activities worsen the tear??

I had a wrist fracture 2 days ago. Doctor performed reduction of my arm and put plaster. I did not opt for surgery. Will I be able to heal and go back to normal without surgery? What are the chances of permanent deformity in my case? Please help TIA Pls find the pre and post cast x-rays attached

I have been recommended total hip replacement for right hip. Is the surgery possible under spinal anaesthesia? given that I am a patient of Ankylosing Spondylitis but its not advanced and spine is not fused. I fear general anaesthesia as I am quite weak and also have breathlessness issues. I have not been diagnosed with any other disease as yet.

I am suffering from problem of cracking sound in my knees and ankle joints whenever i sit and stand

My right knee hurts...it makes a cracking sound when I press and rub my knee cap...it hurts when I sit and get back up...the left knee doesnt make that cracking sound...the right one does...as if its brushing up with something
