From yesterday suddenly I am unable to get up from bed and stand straight my backbone or the muscles around it when trying to stand straight in specific positions hurt so extremely as if someone gave me a electric shock.
So entire day I have been lying on bed. Unfortunately due to the pain even not able to visit a doctor.

Thigh Pain left leg
