Hi, My grand mother having both shoulder joint pains last couple of weeks, she is 75 years old, initially she got one shoulder joint pain  ut now both. Could you please suggest any medicine?

I have pain in lower back to right side ...pain increased much when I sit and try to o stand up it quite pain hard and hard...after sometimes pain decreased.,...

Here attached is my Frontal neck X ray. Is this fine? As i am getting doubt that it is little bit tilted towards left. Please suggest as i am suffering from neck stiffness and except neck I have pain in the left hand as well. I am using hot bag for my neck stiffness as of now. Doing work for around 9 hrs. Per day in front of computer.

I am suffering from neck stiffness and except neck I have pain in the left arm and have done with my ECG as well which was normal. I am feeling like pain near medial and lateral antebrachial not any numbness or tingling. Doing work for around 9 hrs. per day in front of computer.

I have attached MRI report.. my age is 64.. please tell me what this report says and what can be the treatment? On medicines can it b solved??

I don't have any weakness although I am also having pain when pull or pick any heavy things. Pain is exactly going on just slightly lower area of elbow. This problem started 2 months ago and at that time I took homeopathy medicines and physiotherapy and everything was normal then. But since 3 days it comes back and left hand pain started one day after neck stiffness. I don't have any other joint pain.

Having pain in left wrist for last 10-15days. The pain occurs when there is certain angle during lifting, holding, taking support etc.

Attached is my Frontal neck X ray. I am suffering from neck stiffness and left hand pain except neck I don't have stiffness anywhere in the body. I have done with my full body checkup on 29th September 2021 and vitamin D comes to 10.73 ng/ml (deficiency) & b12 was 238 pg/ml which didn't show on reports about deficiency. Is this neck stiffness because of vitamin D deficiency?? I am also doing work for around 9 hrs. per day in front of computer.
