Can i take zincovit and CCM tablets together and for howlong we can take it.I cant take food rich in calcium like milk n curd  as my stomach gets disturbed.

Hello Yes you can take them together. You can take them for many months together as the concentration of ingredients is much less than the RDA. Also exposure to sunlight is important.
