Bone & Muscle problems

So what happened I had a fracture on ulna bone near wrist like 7 years ago and after bone got healed I had a long time pain on that side when I'm moving my wrist to hold plates to eat or anything like that direction only...but somehow the pain got away few years back and how again whenever I do biceps workout or anything which has that kind of movement like closing the door with that clockwise locks so the pain comes again... And this time it's severe... What can be the reason and how can I make that part more flexible

My father met with an accident yesterday and there seems to be a compound fracture in his left foot. I am attaching the X-ray with the message. Could you please help in knowing his situation? Is it mandated to go orthopaedic surgery given his situation? Thanks and Regards Abhishek

I had sevear  back  pain at time of waking up and also as well as  chest what  can I do to cure  it?

I get sharp pain under heels when I get up after sitting for long time. Then after walking for some time it gets reduced.

Knee injury while playing football 6 weeks ago Injury details⬇️ (mri findings) interstitial edema/ revascularization of constructed acl and small flap tear in posterior medial meniscus along with hyperintense signal from previous surgery. [Surgery details 3 yrs ago had surgery for acl reconstruction and meniscus repair - bucket handle medial meniscus slight cut off and 7 sutures.] Sometime knee randomly catches without pain Would it still continue to cause issue ? Thank you

Report says slight displacement n fracture...ligament connecting thigh bone with tibia has been tear..knee has been swelled up....what to be done to recover that??

Iam suffering from disc bulge herination had a lot of treatment with different physiotherapy but still my left foot tinkling and numbness and discomfort in my left foot I'm a dancer for as almost 25 years, need final suggestion is I have to go for steroid or surgery ? Or still I have hope on therapy
