I am 19 years old and i have been weightlifting from past 5 months.. Recently i started hearing popping and crunchy sounds everytime i perform a full deep weighted/non-weighted squat.. Though i am not getting any pain or swelling till now. Its been over a week since i am noticing these things. Please let me know that i should continue doing squats in this condition or should i stop it because it feels kinda uncomfortable hearing those sounds from my knees. Will it be alright over time or do i need some treatment?

Hello Doctors , Can meniscal cyst be managed with physiotherapy and conservative treatment? After undergoing conservative treatment still having pain while putting pressure in knee and unable to straighten leg without pain. Is arthroscopy is the only option and is it advisable ? Is leaving a tear untreated dangerous? Thanks in advance .

I am having cracking sound from my ankle while walking. There is no pain but dont know why it sounds like cracking and the sound is loud. Can someone please help what causes this sound and what can i do to overcome this? I have attached the pic, the sound comes from highlighted part.

Two days back Slipped from stairs onto right side. Fell on with pressure on the right shoulder and elbow, hit my right hip and knees as well. Applied moov and leg pain subsided, however right hand feels weak, unable to lift heavy things, apply pressure, raise my hand up and aches on touch. Is it normal? Should I wait for few more days? Should I be concerned
