Left leg small
I did my spine mri, doctor said I have left leg smaller than right and I have lower back pain.foctor said as there is nothing in mri , I can ignore.
But I am worried because my left butt and left leg muscle is 0.5 cm to 1.cm small in circumference compared to right.while walking I feel right bigger than right.
What can I do ,

MRI shows mild scoliosis. Request you to please share the images of MRI and Xrays. Also start with the exercises for scoliosis correction. Leg length discrepancy maybe corrected then.
