Hello doc, am having neck pain, upper left back pain and pain in both sides mostly left side of breast bone in chest. Am feeling this almost 2 and half years. Am experiencing chest pain when am moving neck, at a time am also feeling upper left back pain. Is this due to costochondritis?? Or any other problem?? How to diagnose costochondritis?? Will xray detect it ?
