Hi Doctor, I have had my ACL repair arthroscopy done via screw technique. It has been 2 weeks today and my knee flexion is about 80-90° and it is stretching fully. When I am doing heel slide knee flexion excercise afte 10-15 reps I am starting to notice a friction on the outer side of the knee. It is painless/not obstructing the motion. But there is a sensation of something crackling, rubbing kind. Is that normal? Or my graft implants are getting disturbed. I have asked this question to my surgeon. He is out of town and not responding. Please provide an answer Thanks

Hello doctor i have done meniscus repair(bucket handle tear) on my right and there is an stable tear on my left so meniscus rasping done .as per exercises given by my physio..,i am doing knee strengthening core exercises for totally 1.5 hrs daily and walking for 30-45 minutes... it's been 5 months completed... My question is can I drive two wheeler on roads now..my bike is of around 120 kgs .and my weight current is 80kgs..can i ride cycle on road. Kindly give an consult.thank you

Hello, Namaste! For last few months , I started to feel as if my left cheek drooped, and my left is inside deep where as right is forward. Physically it's looking normal but I feel as if left eye is inside and right is outside bigger. I am feeling right cheek,right jaw joint as well bigger. When I sit I feel my left chest is hallow and deep inside where as right is big and thick. Even while walking I am feeling left is small and thin where as right is thick and big. I am not getting if my left body muscles are becoming thin or right has become big. While walking I feel all my right joints are above left joints. Even while swallowing saliva , I feel I am swallowing it only from my left.When I walk for 10 mins I get lower back pain and some clocking sounds. Could you please suggest something.This happened during work from home time. Could you please help

Doctor I had done Acl reconstruction surgery Feb 2021. It's been 9 months I don't have confidence to stand. When I stand for toolong I feel my knee getting lock.After standing for 5 minutes both knee pains. There is pain while walking in the knee cap. I show another orthopedics they say I have psychological problem chemical imbalance and I need to Take calcium and vitamin d3. Request you to pls help me Im seriously confused.
