Hi am having pain in butt lock n not able to sit long.i The pain started after I fell down on my butts .it has been a year now.i did x-ray n xray report fine.i also had medication for 2 months.it was fine then.again I got the pain and it radiates down to my knees n feet.i have no problem doing any exercise or while climbing stairs with certain stiffness in the spine and pelvic bones.am afraid is it spondylitis? Doctor I had knee Injury 10 days back . Did Xray and MRI . Doc said very mild inflammation in soft tissue of femoral medical condyle and prescribed Etoricoxib 60mg for 5 days . Doctor I had history of gastritis and duodenal ulcer in 2019 and HP was eradicated. Now I'm scared to take Etoricoxib 60mg . My knee is hurting and I'm in excruciating pain even high dose tramadol is not helping even 1%. I took Etoricoxib 60mg with esomeprazole 40mg (before breakfast and dinner) now I'm very scared of ulcer issue . How can I prevent it ?

My mother in law has constant pain in her bones from past one year. I guess it is calcium deficiency. Please recommend some good supplements. She doesnt want to take pills.
