Treatment in neck pain depends upon the complete history and examination. We always need to rule out the red flags. If no red flags or danger sign then can try with physiotherapy also initially but if pain is more and going in arm also then Better to combine the therapy with medicines and physio both.
Next Steps
Take help of pain management specialist or orthopaedic and after complete examination doctor can guide you.
Health Tips
Avoid using thick pillow. avoid heavy weight lifting and exertional activity.
