Knee pain for both
I am having knee pain in both knees slightly.
I have been wearing knee cap and once it's been removed I am having pain and also difficult in climbing stairs. Recently diagonised with diabetics and started taking medicines and now under control.
Kindly suggest.

Lots of causes for knee pain, but I'm assuming you might have low vitamin d and b12 and hence your knees hurt.
Get the levels checked and take injectable supplement and your pains should go away.
If not then you might need further tests like x-rays and blood tests to come to a diagnosis
