Bone & Muscle problems

I've been suffering with this pain since 3 years. It really makes walking so tough sometimes like when I hit my toe to something. I did consult a few doctors and they mentioned it was "an improper fracture" after going through the X-ray reports, three years back, but the same doctor said that there is no problem with the bone back then. Tests for gout symptoms also turned negative. As far as I'm concerned, there's no problem of arthritis or ingrown toe nail too. I could move the big toe a little bit but not so freely as the other one. I usually elevate the foot whenever the pain becomes worse, especially after playing football. I am tired of consuming the pain killers, which I left the medication a long while back. Now I am really left hopeless and couldn't move forward towards my improvement in football. This pain is haunting me everyday. I really wish that I could get a permanent solution to this problem.

How many days rest is needed after knee MCL injury and how many days needed to walk normally after knee MCL injury . because I feel as if there is some gap in between bones but it's recovering day by day it's been already 8 days there is changes but I still can't walk as I was before injury

Hello!! I am arthritis patient for last 10 years in wheelchair. Is it safe to have ccm tab with uprise d3 60k. I am vegetarian and mostly live in my house having no sun exposure !! Whenever i drink milk or yogurt it starts pain so i dont take these and doctor advise me to take ccm tab daily and uprise d3 60k once a week. So i want to confirm is it safe for me? I have rod in my wrist which was installed 20 years ago. Now, in winters it is giving me pain sometimes. I can't lift heavy objects. I'm unable to do weight training in gym. I want to know if I can surgically remove this rod now? Wheather there will be any complications of the surgery? and after how many months can I do my daily activities? I do have diabetes and I'm 51 years old.

Hello, I am 27yrs old and I met with an accident in Feb 2020. Attached is the recent xray I took. Is it okay to remove the rod and screws now? If I can remove could someone pls help me understand if there will be any complications after that? Or should I let the implants be there?

Hello Dr, I have pain in my left hand start from joint of shoulder till Elbow. It increases in nite and stay till afternoon then it vanished. If I sleep ny side still it pains similar pain. I'm doing stretching after i wokeup neck , shoulder nd hand stretching. Same pain was there 4 years back but it vanished all of sudden no result dr has asked to do ECG and everythg was fine. Iam on weight loss program current weight is 87 and Prediabetic sugar is 80 BF / 120 lunch. Also am taking vitamin D tab and Dexorange. Plz suggest wht shld I
