Mild posterior annular buldge at C4  c6
Hi I have mild posterior Annular buldge noted at C4 c5 and c5 C6. I have done cervical traction and rest along with few physiotherapy. Now having some pain reilef tablets and doing neck excercise. It is being more than 3 months. Still i am having muscle spasms in neck,shoulder pain and weakness in my right arm. I am an software engineer. Sometimes I feel like my neck is not able to hold my head only Please help me to know how long it I'll take to recover and also excercise and pain relief tablets are enough
