Annular Tear at L5-S1
Hello team, I have small annular tear at L5-S1 and degeneration at L4 with lot of pain and numbness in legs. I have severe pain in lower back. Please advise what should I do, I am taking heating therapy and pain medications.

You need bed rest at least 3 hrs per day;then no forward bending ,no weight lifting or any rigorous activity,;Any fever ? For cause get your CBC blood test done ;The pain killer must contain a Muscle-relaxant, What is the exact report of your X-ray ,Is there any history of Injury-onset of the pain was sudden or slow ?
