I am female working professional with weight 54 kg and height 5'4 having thin built.
I have recently been diagnosed with below issues.
Partial sacralization of L5 vertebral body.
Annular tear with posterior bulge of l4-l5 intervertbral disc with mild compression of bilateral traverssing and indentation of bilateral exiting nerve ends.
Had history of l4-l5 herniation 16 years back.
Want to understand how serious is my issue and does annular tear gets healed?

Do some back strengthening excercises
And use LS BELT.. avoid bending forward
