L4-L5 herinated disc and annular tear
Hi, I am female working professional with weight 54 kg and height 5'4 having thin built. I have recently been diagnosed with below issues. Partial sacralization of L5 vertebral body. Annular tear with posterior bulge of l4-l5 intervertbral disc with mild compression of bilateral traverssing and indentation of bilateral exiting nerve ends. Had history of l4-l5 herniation 16 years back. Want to understand how serious is my issue and does annular tear gets healed?

It is very simple herniated disc with minimal compression… so nothing to worry Do some back strengthening excercises And use LS BELT.. avoid bending forward
