Hi, I am feeling pain at a point under the heel when i get up at anytime of the day to walk and which goes away only after a short massage and keeps coming again and again. The pain is like a pin type pain constantly going on and off. It is also reconstructed when pressing that point or side of heel. It is only in the right foot.

Hi. From your description it looks like a case of plantar fascitis. Usually it is bad after getting up and improves with a little activity. I would advice you to avoid leather shoes and standing for long periods.
Next Steps
Better to consult with a pain management specialist.
