Pain under heel when getting up
Hi, I am feeling pain at a point under the heel when i get up at anytime of the day to walk and which goes away only after a short massage and keeps coming again and again. The pain is like a pin type pain constantly going on and off. It is also reconstructed when pressing that point or side of heel. It is only in the right foot. Please suggest
