Bone & Muscle problems

I have been prescribed following (in pics) medicines. But I forgot to ask ryt time to take these. Doctor just wrote either daily and once in a week. Plz tell the ryt time..I mean after meal or before meal.

I am having upper trapezius pain since 5 years back and I take neurokind Lc daily. And when I left that tablet and continued with  stretching exercises only,the pain got even worse and got lower trapezitis pain.It didn't even heal when I applied diclofenac sprays.i can't even sleep at night properly because of the pain.i took heat physiotherapy once and got painkiller injection but that didn't even work.And when I get massaged by non professionals,it get healed but only temporarily.Shall I continue taking those tablets or leave them?

Hey, I have back pain issue for past 4-5 years. Usually , pain is around cervical area but sometimes after tiring day it occurs in lumbar region also. Around cervical area pain is continuous like on daily basis and i can feel the pain when i press muscle or cervical bone . I want to ask that whether to go for MRI or CT scan or X ray for proper diagnosis. Please suggest.

Recently my plaster was removed from foot because I had a foot injury which after healing When Plaster was removed I made the mistake of sitting in crossed legs (alti palti ) I started having pain near the the joint  not at the place where I had injury by mistake I had also massaged my foot to clean my leg And it hurts near the joint where I applied more pressure not where I had injury My foot hurts when I put pressure on the foot, because of this I can't walk properly,And because of the crossed leg sitting ( alti palti) I feel a little pain, maybe that's why the joint which is above the foot, it hurts when I walk.And the place where the plaster was applied is fine, but from where I had put pressure on the legs sitting crossed leds(alti palti) is hurts when i walk but very little but can't walk like a normal person

I am having cold from past 15days, could not breath properly because of nose block and I am not getting sleep

Pain in hip and groin since lockdown. Mri of hip normal . USG scrotal normal. No evidence of hernia. No lymp nodes problem. No laberal tear test positive according to treating doctor and reports also. Currently going to physio. he is mpt in nuero. He is telling my quads muscles are weak and these are causing pain in hip and side of legs. Took mri of whole spine also. attaching reports. Consulted urologist also , he also physically checked and said all fine..went to chiropractor also he also said quads weak.. mei was took 48 days back non contrast. Should i repeat again?? please advice..it is not pinching pain, it is like tiring pain , sore pain like weakness in thighs and hip flexors. please advice doctor im 24 male weight 62

I got injured while playing badminton and twisted my ankle . I had swelling for 2 days and it got reduced, however I could not put pressure on my heel.After a week while I was walking my ankle got sprained again and now the swelling is not reduced from 5 days . After scanning I got to know it's hairline fracture . Have been using ankle binder . Any suggestion

Hello Doctor, I am facing pain in my middle of right buttocks n leg.. Today in morning the pain is quite low but in night it increases.. Mainly from past 3 days I am facing these issue. Could you please suggest some remedy.

My back waist starts paining whenever I do some heavy work Back 2 yr ago I fall on floor and I got pain in my waist that time i visited doc he prescribed me pain medecine only But from past 6 month I feel pain If i sit for more 3 to 4hr it start paining Or stand for more than hour it starts back waist paining Or by mistake if i cary some heavy load or do heavy it feel Like something is STretching in back and start paining If i use mustard oil for massage it feel good or some pain relief ointment but pain remain the same Nd my pain not too much It is in CENTRE of waist just feel like little little RADIATION of pain in my waist But it hurts

Hi my Lower eye Sclera part turned yellow Only my lower part of eye is yellow but upper upper part is white What is the cause please reply with some good suggestion
