Bone & Muscle problems

I'm a regular walker and for the first time I got this pain in the lower right side of the right feet while I was walking. The pain gradually increased the next day and worsened. It's been 4 days now, the pain has reduced but I notice slight pain on the heel bone, ankle and surrounding areas and is no longer in the lower muscle area of the feet where it originated. It is manageable and I can walk well with mild pain now. I wanted to know if this is normal because I've never experienced this and I've always been fit and active. A physiotherapist suggested this could be a muscle pull or calcium deficiency and also gave me feet reflexology therapy. I don't think this targetted the affected areas but it's reducing every day. I'm concerned if this could be related to any underlying disease. Please advice.

I am feeling severe knee joints pain from last 4 month , I have consulted two rheumatologist all blood investigation report and X ray ,Scannogram, BONE SCINTIGRAPHY are normal , I have attached a photo where I feel more pain and itching

Hi, I visited an orthopedician yesterday. Doc prescribed me dynapar QPS spray ( 3 times a day ), Shelkal 500 & A to Z tablets for 30 days. Exercise - Isometric Quadrips I applied Dynapar QPS yesterday night, morning & afternoon. But I don't feel any outcome of it. While walking I feel my both knee weak, stiffness & little painfull. I have gilbert syndrome & vitamin B12 deficiency ( taking injection ) Vitamin D is normal 39.8. I am unable to walk , climb or run like earlier. Will Dynapar QPS takes time to resolve? Kindly guide

My wife having severe pain in Left arm from Shoulder to elbow, earlier 2 months back also suffered from same and pain goes itself, 5 months back diagonsed with Covid. Need suggestion to whom i should consult Physician or Orthopeadician

Its been 21 days after having radius an ulna fracture operation. Question is after how many days should i need take Xray to check bone healing.

My weight..79..height 172 cm...Left leg knee was very painful..pain on backside...pain moves up and down..am already see in hospital..take x -ray...on front and back...he told all are normal...but very painful on knee backside...am can't sit properly..that pain...so what we can do...

I have a problem in my back and lower part of the waist. There is always stiffness in it. Pls suggest what can be done or what could be the cause of it because my neck and back part always hurts and my muscles are always feels tired. If i walk for some distance my feet starts giving problem like cramp and severe pain sometimes.

I am experiencing pain in my lower leg below knee...Pain is kinda nerve pulling sensation stretching to the foot also..initially there was no pain but pulling sensation was there without pain.. but from yesterday night, it is paining...what kind of pain is this? thanks in advance..

I had injury in wrist while playing volleyball 4 years back at that I got x ray and doctor said it is tfcc injury ,i used medications got relief from pain. I used to get pain sometimes not frequently. Now iam getting pain not much but bearable.does this can be cured with medications and physio therapy . Do I need surgery for this.is there any possibility to avoid surgery

Hi Doctor, I am facing problem with my laft hand. Getting pain at L-bow area and spreading till wrist and shoulder. Unable to hold food plate or mobile as well for more than a minute. Could you please advise and guide me. Thank You.
