Lower back ache in the morning
I get severe stiffness in my lower and not able to bend forward or backward. It eases out as the day goes on but a small pain is always there. It's been 2 months I am having this issue. Currently I am taking physiotherapy but it's not helping much. Please suggest some treatment.
