He is fall on the back from a short wall and after that he feel sharp pain on left rib below chest . How can he get rid of pain ?

Hello please get a chest xray AP view done. Kindly apply ice and take antiinflammatory medicines.

First get an x ray done Meanwhile take Nac SR 75 mg if not contraindicated Apply local Zerodol/ Systaflam gel
