Cervical spondylosis
From last few months I am suffering from neck and left hand mild pain. This is my MRI reports impression. MPRESSION : • Cervical spondylosis. • Small posterior osteophytic disc complexes are seen at C4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-C7 levels causing mild anterior thecal sac indentation. Please suggest what to do?

Hello Start with some antiinflammatory and muscle relaxants. Along with Gabapentin combination. Take IFT. Check for the causative factors.
