I am experiencing cervical spondylosis for about 2 years now.
Other things are okay but neck pain has been a problem since three days.
Please suggest what should I do.
Every doctor here is suggesting to surgery without any other options.

Cervical spondylosis can be quit a irritating problem.... is your diagnosis of cervical spond confirmed...
What you need to do now is Get Xrays of your cervical spine done in AP and Lateral view... if you can do MRI of spine that would be great.
Your Radiological investivations will give the perfect picture of the present condition of your cervical spine
Also do your ViT B12 and D3 tests.
Now coming to your symptoms
Do you have
Tingling in both arms or one arm
Pain in upper back
Headaches
Tightness in moving the neck around
Painful neck movements.
If your answer to most of the above questions is yes then a strong case of CS can be made.
Since you have it since 2 years ... your problems are recouring....you can get relief through
Pain medications, calcium and VIT B12 supplementations
Physiotherapy- Tens/IFT with SWD and Cervical Traction with static neck exercises.
If conventional methods fail to decrease your symptoms then surgical option should be looked at.
Hope the advice helps.
Take care
