Cervical lordosis
Suddenly I feel my back of the head become bigger...I have cervical lordosis...there is no headache but pain in right shoulder and neck...but my head feels bigger is this concern?

It should not be concern . Although you should consult physiotherapist and take some sessions for muscle strength excercise.

Cervical lordosis is normal finding in all normal human beings.,and does not contribute to your present complains. It will be wiser to consult nearby Orthopaedic surgeon who can advise you regarding treatment .
