Which calcium is better
Some doctor prescribe shelcal 500 or cipcal 500 like calcium and vitamin d3 tablets but some doctors prescribe soft gel capsule like calcibrek Or bio d3 plus for the same. What is the difference, I mean to ask which is better??

More or less all brands are same Calcium citrate is one of the best

And tab or capsule having citrate maleate salt along with vit D not calcitriol is better Many brands are available Don't opt for carbonate salt and calcitriol , which is active form of vit d

shelcal 500/cipcal 500 are calcium tablets to be taken daily while vit d3- soft gel capsules contain high dose vit D3 which is usually prescribed once a week.
Next Steps
If bone are too osteoporotic , both can be started as per above recommendation for a period of 4-6 months
