Shoulder synovitis
Pain in shoulder not able to lift hand so did x-ray ortho doc informed seems some gap in bone and took physiotherapy on advice after 10 session swelling ( a ball size ballon ) appeared on shoulder. Synovial fluid spreading in joints found in MRI, pus drain under sono guided procedure 4 times kept on re accumulating of pus . Finally did open surgery ( shoulder arthotomy with debridement with synovectomy ) last month but after one month again pus got filled and small bubble appeared on stitches arear which got popped at home while taking bath, doc pressed and removed all pus again So far 3 times pus culture done result no growth Genexpert , tp gold, tb pcr -negative Histopathology, MRI report attached Not able to find the reason of reoccurring of pus. Still taking Antibiotics On Dialysis from last 5 year , dialysis 3 times a week no urine

It sounds like septic arthritis of the shoulder joint. Further complicated due to your renal failure. It needs arthrotomy, débridement and culture specific antibiotics. May have to be repeated till the infection is controlled.
