Whenever I sit for more than an hour in my computer chair and then suddenly when I get up I could not stand on my feet. I feel pain in putting my right feet on floor. Suffering rest less

Hi, I'm suffering from restless leg syndrome ....I think. While sleeping in night my full leg feel's me restless and tending to stretch downward and sidewise it feel relaxing...but sound of musle or may be bone occur. Pls suggest me because of this I can't sleep.

Knee pain/cramp

When I stand after being in the squat position for some time (example- While using an Indian toilet) I have a pain/cramp in my left knee for about 30 secs. I have to limp while walking for this time.
