I have been suffering from back pain from neck to leg with joint pain and muscles pain. I try to do exercises so that I can get rid of theses problems but because of theses pains I am not able do exercises. I consulted an orthopedician. No benefits with medicines. Shoulder Pain
I suddenly started having pain in my left shoulder and the upper arm . I applied volitra tube for reducing the pain but it helped in reducing the pain of upper arm only. There is no effect on the joint where the shoulder and upper arm meets and there is severe pain at that point.
