Since last week I'm experiencing vibration sensation in my left knee all sudden. is it arthritis or osteoporosis? I'm taking calcium and multi vitamin tablets prescribed by an orthopedic doc.

Knee pain/cramp

When I stand after being in the squat position for some time (example- While using an Indian toilet) I have a pain/cramp in my left knee for about 30 secs. I have to limp while walking for this time.
