I am suffering from chronic low back stiffness and mild paid for the last 3 years and my doctor has said that it is discogenic in nature and a life long.Last three years I am on Pregabalin caps and Symbal 20 tabs along with mild back related daily stretch exer. Let me know do I need to take medicines for life .

Severe pain in legs

Cartilage Regeneration
My chondromalasia patellae problem is almost cured now. The cause was imbalance between VMO and VL. I have gained the muscle strength and balance by physiotherapy. My doubt is although the patella tracking is aligned now but what about the damage of knee cartilage that occurrd due to poor patella tracking in last 1 yr?
