Discomfort in legs
I have been running daily for 3.5 to 4 kilometers for the past 25 days.I run on normal road I weight 95 kg. I have started notice kind of stiffness/discomfort in my knees and ankles. Its not pain but it makes running difficult. It also manifest when i am sitting with crossed legs for a long period of time. Should i be concerned

If you are smoking then yes you should be concerned. Otherwise wait till your body gets acclimatised to your jogging workout. In any case you can get color doppler test of both legs done if the discomfort is interfering your activities daily routine.
