Pain in right wrist

3,4,5 metatarsal fracture
I had a bike accident recently. Got to know that I've 3,4,5th metatarsal fracture on right foot with a little displacement and a hairline fracture on the 1st.
What food type is preferable? When can I start putting weight on my legs?
I am able to walk on my heels and I don't feel a problem now. Should I get crutches?
