Bone & Muscle problems

Have been told by doctor that I have lumbar gap in L4 and L5 .and moving up toward L3. The condition has been same from 3 years or so..have recently travelled from my place to Bangalore.suddenly the pain has come back.please advise.

So much pain in the bone just below the left knee, I'm a basketball player and I practice everyday, lesion in the bone below knee.what's the medication required for it.I've been taking shellcal 500mg calcium tablets for past month.How to reduce the pain?

I had dislocated my elbow and underwent a surgery in may i have 2 plates and 8 screws I have taken physiotherapy for 2 months, stopped now. but i am still not able to move my hand fully. The doctor says it will take time. Will I ever have full movement in my hand? Pls answer

I had a ACL reconstruction surgery 3 years ago. Recently while exercising it broke again. Should i go for an ACL reconstruction surgery again? Is there any chance that i may hurt my other ligaments in future?

Felled off from scooter resulting in knee dislocation. Age of injury 1 year. Knee was settled down at its position by local bone specialist. Now I experience knee buckling while climbing up staircase. I can walk ok on straight and plain roads but cannot run. MRI Report shows below conclusion . Old depression of lateral tibial plateau measuring about 8mm. Thinning of overlying cartilage is seen . I am a regular walker and also do yoga. My weight is 65 kgs and height 5ft 4in. For some time now I have been experiencing lower back pain. Which specially aggravates after walking. What should I do? Regards
