Bone & Muscle problems

I am having pain in my left foot only from last 15 days. It Pains more when i rest or sleep time.Actually i twisted my ankel 10 months back but at that time i have consulted orthopaedic surgeon but result is relief for very few days.I have even underwent xray diagnosis which shows everything fine . All the time pain is there but somtimes a burning sencation will be there. But when i am walking or any work doing that time there is no pain. So kindly suggest me how to get rid of this chronic pain.

My father is having cancer in pelvic bone and liver and colon. He is suffering from pelvic bone pain. Can he do Yoga. What is best treatment to reduce the pain.

I have donated blood on May 25th and from next day pain started on Neck(One side one time and another side different time) and also near bone in back side of the hands(Left and right).So i did colestrol testing and it is normal. And Pain was continuting So end of June i have did whole body testing(Gold package which includes stress test as well) in Jehangir hospital and everything was normal except calcium...it was low.As i was telling pains on hand doctor told it might be gas trouble for you and given tablets for 10 days and calcium tablets for 3 months.And for some days Body was normal and again it started pain(cannot say exactly the pain it is something like zive zive) in left hand and back pain.And also heavy chest and some swelling type near bone below neck and side of the hand. And when i told same thing to another doctor who sits in my office she told might be D and B12 defecncy and given some takens for the same...Can you please suggest further.

I am working with computer almost 4 years.. But for the past 6 months i using my mobile continously almost 4 to 5 hours a day. I got addicted with one mobile game. But now I deleted the game one week ago. I got the severe neck and shoulder pain for the past 4 months and I started to use my mobile. So please tell me how to get rid out of this pain.

Hi sir, I had injured while playing and got complete tear of anterior cruclate ligament and bucket handle tear in right leg. And I made orthoscopy operation. How long will it take for complete recover and will I able to retain as before. To recover what I have to do it daily and my weight is now 105 kg for 5.11 inch height. Please tell me suggestion In future any problems will occur due to this ?

One month back i had fallen from bike because of slippery road. On spot i had noticed swelling at right hand wrist and pain. Next day i had consulted orthopedic doctor and Xray confirmed no fracture/hair line fracture . Doctor suggested POP and i used it for 1 week and after i removed it. But still am seeing a little swelling at wrist part. Am not able stand by using right hand,experiencing pain while doing it .

Sir/madam,Myself suffering with bow legs.The bend is more in right leg.i noticed this problem 2 years back itself.I consulted many orthopedicians,they suggested me go for surgery.Infact i dont want to get operated because the problem is not much,but it is not comfortable for me when going out.The walking is slightly different due to this problem.Is there any non-surgical solution to it? I heard that walking and standing training can fix problem.I need a good doctor who can fix this problem.Thanking you

I am helping a person who's not educated much and from a very middle class family (he earns only Rs 10,000/month). He has painful joints since years and after consulting an orthopedic doctor in Apollo he was suggested injection treatment of Viscos-Supplement and referred him to an Arthritis and Pain doctor outside Apollo (private) for low cost treatment option. Can you let me know if you can give him the injection in your hospital and how much will it cost for each injection? Thank You.

I can hear sounds from joints when i am trying to walk in home , i.e. ankle and knee is this something common ? please let me know
