I hav read in internet bout "No More Bow Legs".Its a manual/book sort of thing with excersizes mentioned.It even guarantees correcting bow legs at any age by following those excersizes.I would like to hav ur opinion on dis one ...on whether i should go for it or not.Hav u doctors heard bout such a book?

Hi I have lumbar l4 l5 slip disc since two years, I have gain weight so planing to visit gym for exercise and body building, but scared to do it coz of back pain .I want to reduce belly and gain shoulder triceps shape...help me on same...

Today after running on treadmill at gym I am having back pain. I used to go to gym regularly and 3 days before I have participated in 5k marathon but didnt had a back pain till today. Due to back pain. I am having trouble in walking as well. I am an overweight guy. Please suggest wat to do ??

My kid when is 11 days old he was hospitalized becos if aspirate pneumonia and now he is16 months old he stands himself with help walks with help of chair but till now he is not sitting on his own.. he sits only if we make him sit.. from last 15 days he is trying to sit on himself .. so please suggest me if he really needs physiotherapy treatment or else he is normal it will be helpful if u guide me

Hi, while playing cricket my ankle got twisted and when I consulted doctor, he said its ligament tear and he put POP and its been one week and normally I sweat a lot and now its stinking. So what can I do ? Should I get the new POP or any other options do I have? Please find the attached xray as well and let me if its major and do I need take rest.. Thanks in advance

I have slipped disc in my spine. I am going under acupressure therapy. Its now two days passed but I cannot sit. It very painful to sit. What should I do and how many more time it will take for relief And I am government employee when can I join my job.
