Thanks sir for your feedback but that doctor only suggested me to undergo MRI and i undertook back XRay the report of which i have attached.. Is it a serious problem? I am definitely gonna consult indian spinal centre next week.. Actually my problem persists when i sit in a position for more than 2-3 hrs and when i wake up in the morning then i feel as if i am normal but when i exert then the pain starts.. Regrds

Hello sir, Last 2-3 month I have faced upper back pain issue with both arm tightness as well as sickness . I concerned same with neurologist and he prescribed some like pregabid NT,nucoxia-mr and retense but after taking that I feel temporary relief but after 3 days I feel more pain so again discussed with doctor and stop the taking pregabid NT but still feel pain while I seating or sleeping. After suggestions of my friend I evaluate some blood test like vitamin D and calcium and found I have a vitamin D deficiency (result of vitamin D,25-Hydroxy,serum. 18.55 nmol/L) so again i concerned with same doctor and he suggested 1. calcirol Sachet- once daily with milk for 1 week and then once in a week. 2. Tab Shelcal HD once daily. But after one week I feel no improvement please suggest me is it any dangerous issue like kidney disease or other. Please do needful ASAP. Nature of work: daily 8 hrs work on laptop but last 1 month I leave from office& now 1-2 hours work once day.

Severe pain while putting pressure like while walking. Pain while moving ankle. Had applied heat process past 1 day and applied volini etc. Ques: 1) How much time will it take for recovery? 2) There is less visible swelling. Should I apply ice packs? I have already applied heat 2-3 times past 24 hours now. 3) Any medicine advisable?

Its not exactly shoulder little down to it. Pain i can feel in the back neck also. Not able to move my neck so proper in right direction as well..

I have been having right side pelvic pain, lower back pain and sometimes leg and right groin pain since a month. I also have constant feeling of stomach fullness and now a days have frequent sensation to urinate. Gone through no. of tests related to blood, urine, liver, USG, kub X ray, CT scan. But no abnormality is being found by doctor. My latest esr test showed a bit rise. Have been taking medication since a month. But no relief. Can it be any form of UTI which is being not diagnosed? Or what else can it be?

I did swimming and played volleyball 3 days ago.I think i have over streched my mid back muscle on the right side.i have tried muscle relaxant ointment and hot bag,but the pain still persists.I feel pain if i take a deep breath. I have noticed that the muscle which is strained is not superficial.i could not feel pain when i tried to massage it.i feel pain when i try to twist my torso or when i try to bend over to pick some from floor. Please help me with some excercise or any muscle relaxant. Thanks in advance

Ankle pain. Can't even move it. Cannot stand while putting weight on foot. Have applied heat on it..
